After printing, take advantage of our finishing department which is capable of handling any packaging specification you require. Our services include hang tagging, folding and bagging, pre-packing in size scale, PSA labeling, applying hangers and label changing and more.

DP Promotions, Inc offers several different methods of printing for your custom promotional t-shirts, sweatshirts, tote-bags and blankets.

First, we have traditional silk-screening or screen printing for large runs, offered from 1 to 18 colors for your logo or artwork. The benefit of this process is being able to use Plastisol or water based inks, with options for glow in the dark, glitter, shimmer, metallics, gloss, nylobond and expanding (puff) options. After the screening process is complete, the garments are ran through a heat tunnel, that sets the ink permanently into the garment.

Second, we also offer digital garment printing in which we use a special ink jet printer that cures the water based ink with a giant heat press. One of the benefits of this process is the expanded color palette offered, in which much higher levels of detail are possible with your art or logo. This process is perfect for prototyping and short production runs of extremly high quality multi-colored output.

Both processes do offer extraordinary results, with brilliant color reproduction, that will last the lifetime of the garment.

Besides a wide spectrum of available colors, you can also jazz up your art with special effect inks. Special effect inks when used correctly will make your artwork pop off the canvas, and bring even more attention to your corporate logo or brand artwork. They also add the ability to use elements in your artwork such as metallic to simulate metal, and leather to simulate natural materials. Puffy inks will give your artwork a 3 dimensional look, and clear gels will offer a very smooth texture.
