These are samples of traditional silk-screening on various different garment medias,
but are mostly t-shirts. Besides just silk-screening your logo on the front and
back of a t-shirt, many other very creative options exist as well. We've seen material
screened, and then constructed into hats, and stylish looking uniforms or team jerseys.
Towels have also become quite popular, and are marketed as spirit towels for promoting
your favorite sports team.
All of the samples below are screen printed with plastisol inks. Plastisol is a
PVC formula that is a liquid, until cured with heat. It is very flexible and washable,
and will last a long time.

Silk-Screen your promotional items with traditional plastisol inks
In years past, plastisol based inks, which are in essence liquid pvc have been the
industries standard for many years past.. These are the most resilent inks
available today, and have proven over time to be bright, vibrant, flexible and long
lasting. These inks are liquid at first, until exposed and cured to UV light, which
activates the hardening and setting process.
Although the level of detail that DTG or direct to garment printing offers is not
possible, the flip side of the coin is being able to machine wash your promotional
item up to a thousand times, and the durabilty of your artwork against constant
friction from being dragged in and out of the car, or just constant abuse from playing
your favorite sport. But you can expand your artwork with the use of specialty
plastisol inks, the will add elements such as metal and leather to your artwork.
